Shipping: All complete orders received by 2PM Central Time each day are processed for shipment
that evening. All orders received after 2PM will be processed the next evening. Shipping charges
and taxes are added as appropriate during order processing. Shipping charges are discounted
but based on ground transportation, weight and size. Call for air shipping rates. Shipments
should be checked for damage before accepted. Damaged shipments should be reported
immediately to customer service.
Sales Tax: 9.25% is added for all residents of Tennessee. 7.25% is added to the charges of
California residents for reimbursement of California sales tax. For large orders, please call us.
We may be able to help you avoid some of this charge.
Refund and Return Policy: Orders can be cancelled before 4PM Central Time on the day the order
was placed. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Products can be returned with a
return authorization number if they have not been damaged or unpacked. Call for a return
authorization number. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All components must be
returned to receive a refund. Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the
customer. Charges for refused shipments will be deducted from the refund. Outbound shipping
charges for orders that received free or reduced rate shipping will be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be issued in the same form as payment was received.
